Fr. Emmanuel has returned to Saint Mark Parish for a brief summer sabbatical. It was during a recent conversation that Fr.Emmanuel expressed his sincere thanks to the Saint Mark St. Vincent de Paul Society for their generous contribution of 50 water (rain) barrels. In Fr. Emmanuel’s home village in Uganda, the houses have no running water.
